Artists like Repin and Sorolla had the ability to move from idea to image.  They could construct figures from their imagination, and they could narrate a story powerfully.  At the Paris Seminar we believe it is time to take the next step in reviving this tradition.  Sean Forester has created a composition program based on his research into 19th century art instruction.   Iliya Mirochnik, who studied multi-figure composition at the Repin Academy, will be joining Sean to lead the Paris Seminar composition seminars.   The goal is to help artists move from idea to image.
